Sonu Nigam, Anoop Jalota arrived to pay their last visit to Guru Ustad Ghulam Mustafa Khan

The great classical singer Ustad Ghulam Mustafa Khan has died at the age of 89.  The news of his death has weakened the music world.  Ustad Ghulam Mustafa Khan was a mentor of Bollywood veteran singer Sonu Nigam.  Sonu reached his final darshan after hearing the news of his death.  Apart from Sonu, the Bhajan Emperor Anup Jalota also visited Ustad Ghulam Mustafa Khan to pay his respects.

Pictures of Sonu Nigam and Anoop Jalota have come out from the residence of Ustad Ghulam Mustafa Khan.  Apart from both the celebs, a lot of people gathered in the condolence meeting.

Sonu Nigam took music training from Ustad Ghulam Mustafa Khan.  The effect of his voice and music training is that today there are millions of people of the country and the world who are convinced of the voice of Sonu Nigam.

Ghulam Mustafa Khan's Behu Namrata Gupta told PTI in an interview that Khan sahib breathed his last at his residence in Bandra at 12.37 minutes.

He said- "This morning he was healthy.  We also had 24 hour nurses to see them.  But during the massage, he started to vomit.  I came running and I saw that their eyes were closed and they were breathing slowly.

I called the doctor but by then he had left the body.  The whole family was shocked by this news.  Namrata also shared this information on social media

His funeral will be held this evening at Santa Cruz Cemetery.  Ustad Ghulam Mustafa Khan was born on 3 March 1931 in Bandayu, Uttar Pradesh.  Khan was the eldest of four brothers and three sisters in his family.

Many celebs of Bollywood and music have mourned the death of Ustad Ghulam Mustafa Khan.  Lata Mangeshkar, Ustad Amjad Ali Khan and AR Rahman have expressed their grief through social media.
